THANK YOU TO THOSE WHO ATTENDED
We look forward to seeing you in future years
THE INAUGURAL AUSTRALIAN UBIQUITIN SUMMIT 2025
On behalf of the Organising Committee, we would like to thank those who were part of the first Lorne Ubiquitin Summit. This event brought together leading scientists, clinicians, and industry innovators who delved into the fundamental mechanisms of ubiquitin signalling, its role in human diseases, and its applications in therapeutic development.
The sessions highlighted cutting-edge discoveries in the basic science of ubiquitin biology, and how these insights are being translated into novel treatments, including targeted protein degradation and other next-generation therapies.
The Summit featured a dedicated and integrated ‘Targeted Protein Degradation (TPD) Day,’ spotlighting the latest breakthroughs in targeted protein degradation. Connecting industry experts, innovators and leading researchers to share insights, foster collaboration and shape the future of the field.
Ubiquitin biology is among the most dynamic and rapidly advancing areas of modern biomedical research. These essential cellular processes not only regulate fundamental mechanisms of cellular homeostasis but also have profound implications for human health. From cancer and neurodegenerative diseases to autoimmune disorders, the dysregulation of the ubiquitin-proteasome system is linked to a wide range of diseases. As our understanding of these complex pathways deepens, new therapeutic opportunities such as targeted protein degraders are emerging that promise to transform the future of medicine.
We look forward to welcoming you in future events!
